Teresa Morris

Teresa joined The Conservancy in 2024, after years of experience working in varying non-profit spaces to help advance community-based organization’s missions. Teresa moved to Newport Beach in 2015 and immediately became connected to the natural beauty of southern California and began giving back to the community through volunteering at the Newport Beach Public Library. While acquiring her Legal Studies and History of Art and Visual Culture degrees at UC Santa Cruz (2020), her passion for social and environmental justice bloomed. From working with environmental organizations including Patagonia, Save our Shores, and CalPIRG, to social justice organizations including the Homeless Garden Project and more recently OC Justice Fund, Teresa is excited to bring her wide-ranging perspectives of nonprofit development to the Cove and help drive a mission near and dear to her!
