Long Board Lodge (Dorm-Style, Private Room)
Dating to 1935, this bright, charming bluff top dorm-style cottage is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Featuring a spacious, partially covered porch, wood floors, and a decorative fireplace, this cottage affords gorgeous views through its floor-to-ceiling front windows. Guests share the ocean-view dining area, kitchen, and one of two bathrooms. The Long Board Lodge has two dorm-style rooms.
Room 29B
Guests will delight in the charm of this spacious and cozy loft bedroom’s exposed beams, wood floors, and bright skylights. This room contains four twin beds and is accessed by stairs in the living room. Located in the center of this large loft room is a farm table, bench & four Windsor chairs.
Notes
This loft bedroom opens to the living room. Out of respect for the privacy of guests in this room, those in the downstairs bedroom, #29A, are required to lock their interior door at 10pm and enter/exit through their private entrance after that hour.

Significant construction activities are taking place in the Crystal Cove State Park Historic District. The construction process includes installing all new infrastructure and restoring the remaining cottages for public use as overnight rental cottages.
Construction activities will be most noticeable from the upper bluff cottages. Cottages #18, #29, #38 & #39 are located near the construction project entrance. The cottages located in the lower hollow will not be affected.
Construction activities are limited to weekdays from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, with no work on State or National holidays. Access to park facilities will not change.
The construction process may at times cause some inconvenience but we are certain that any short term inconvenience will be more than offset by the long term benefit of adding 22 additional overnight rental units all of which will be available to the general public.
