Field Science Saturdays

Immerse yourself in the science of park management and help collect real data about the restoration work in Moro Canyon. On the second Saturday of every month, join The Conservancy’s education team at the Michael & Tricia Berns Environmental Study Loop to participate in our ongoing research projects. You can also use the Berns Environmental Study Loop audio guide to visit on your own and explore the public research stations.

Historic District Walking Tour

On the third Sunday of each month, Laura Davick, former life-long resident of the Historic District and Crystal Cove Conservancy’s Founder & Vice President, guides visitors through Crystal Cove’s history, its rescue, and future plans for Crystal Cove State Park.

The two-hour walking tour meets at 12 PM on the bluffside deck outside the overnight rental check-in office. Download schedule here.

Sea Glass Wrapping

Every Wednesday year-round, visitors can stop into the Education Commons in the Historic District to learn about the art of wrapping sea glass. Check the Calendar for upcoming dates.
