Lauren Bordages
Director of Advancement
Lauren Bordages serves as the Director of Advancement at Crystal Cove Conservancy, where she leads the organization’s fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic communications efforts. She oversees all aspects of the advancement department, including institutional giving, membership, individual philanthropy, and special campaigns, ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of The Conservancy.
Lauren collaborates closely with colleagues across departments to align marketing and development strategies, foster community support, and strengthen donor connections. With a strong commitment to environmental conservation and equitable education, she is passionate about creating inclusive, nature-based learning opportunities that inspire the next generation of environmental stewards.
Before joining Crystal Cove Conservancy, Lauren held leadership roles in nonprofit development and communications. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California and continues to cheer on her Trojans.
