Chris Williams
Senior Manager, Operations
Chris Williams is the Senior Manager of Operations at Crystal Cove, where he helps lead the operations team and coordinates safety and emergency preparedness. He joined the team in 2018 and holds a degree in Applied Psychology from Biola University. He is grateful to work alongside people who put so much care into the Cove and its guests.
Raised along Orange County’s beaches, Chris believes divine timing and direction brought him here. “The common thread I’ve found is that Crystal Cove is a sanctuary for people, a place to fill their souls with deep peace and beauty.”
Outside of work, he enjoys surfing and spending time with his sons.
