Barbara Botelho
Finance Manager
Barbara serves as Crystal Cove Conservancy’s Finance Manager, bringing both precision and passion to her work. A proud graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation.
Before joining The Conservancy, Barbara began her career in public accounting, where she developed her expertise in tax preparation and financial analysis. Today, she combines that technical foundation with a deep appreciation for Crystal Cove’s natural beauty—often taking beach walks to recharge and find inspiration.
Outside of work, Barbara enjoys staying active, whether she’s swimming in the ocean, working out, or playing sports.
