Two story, brown painted shingle. With the lower story made of board and bats, the overhand porch was added in the mid-1940s. It has its own garage.
Cottage #20 is designated as dorm-styled lodging. Once it is restored, it will be reserved for at least 40 nights a year to host Crystal Cove Conservancy’s new Coastal Dynamics overnight program, where small groups of students from inland and low-income areas will be invited to spend three days and two nights studying coastal change while they sleep mere feet from the water’s edge.
