Discover Unique Coastal Treasures at Crystal Cove’s Art Bazaar

Crystal Cove State Park, CA — On Saturday, May 3, 2025, Crystal Cove Conservancy invites the community to explore the vibrant Art Bazaar, a one-day-only coastal marketplace featuring handmade goods from talented local artists. Open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Education Commons and The Conservancy Store Deck in Crystal Cove State Park’s Historic District, the Art Bazaar is free to attend, with a wide array of items available for purchase.

From intricately crafted jewelry and ceramics to original prints and ocean-inspired art, the Art Bazaar offers visitors the perfect opportunity to support local artists while discovering one-of-a-kind treasures that reflect the spirit of the Southern California coast.

Guests are also invited to explore the newly opened Summer House in Cottage 00, The Conservancy’s “shoppable cottage,” where visitors can step inside the intact historic structure and browse a curated collection of artisanal, nature-inspired items that celebrate Crystal Cove’s unique sense of place and history.

“The Art Bazaar is a celebration of creativity and community,” said Kate Wheeler, President and CEO of Crystal Cove Conservancy. “It’s a chance to meet local makers, shop with purpose, and experience the vibrant cultural landscape that surrounds Crystal Cove. We’re proud to support artists and offer a space where their work can shine.”

In addition to the Art Bazaar, Crystal Cove State Park will host Art in the Park, a full-day celebration of creativity, culture, and connection to nature. Guests of all ages can take part in hands-on workshops led by local artists, musicians, and educators—from watercolor painting and clay sculpting to traditional basket weaving and Gyotaku fish printing.
