Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Michelle Daley (he/they) is the Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Crystal Cove Conservancy. Holding a BA in Film & Media Studies with a minor in Civic & Community Engagement from UC Irvine, Michelle brings over five years of experience in sustainability marketing, social media strategy, and content creation. Former organizations they’ve worked with include: UC Irvine Sustainability Resource Center, Environmental and Climate Change Literacy Projects (ECCLPs), and the Food Recovery Network.
At the conservancy, they create mission-driven content across social media platforms, online newsletters, traditional print, and community outreach material. Driven by a deep passion for accessible storytelling, Michelle excels at translating complex environmental research and restoration work into compelling narratives that inspire public action. Their core belief is utilizing digital media to tell a story about a beautiful future and how to get there.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys baking, scrapbooking, and going to local community events.
