SUMMARY:Sunset Hike & Yoga with REI
DESCRIPTION:Beloved by locals\, Crystal Cove State Park’s salt-sprayed coastal bluffs along with its ridgeline over Moro canyon with expansive ocean views offers a chance to slow down and take a breath of fresh air. On this peaceful hike in Moro Canyon\, we’ll cover 500 feet of elevation gain and loss over our 3 mile hike while we explore oak and sycamore trees before finding ourselves with great vistas of the Pacific Ocean. Along the way\, we’ll share some hiking tips and offer insight into the region’s history and ecosystem. We will finish with a 60-minute sunset yoga practice nestled on Abalone Beach in front of the crashing waves and extraordinarily calming views. Our guided hike and yoga practice is perfect for all levels\, no experiences is required. We love this hike\, and are pretty sure you will too!
