With more than 10 years of yoga instruction experience\, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Sound Healing\, Marlene will lead you through a morning of gentle flow yoga practice\, guided meditation\, as well as time for reflection and journaling\, all while enjoying Crystal Cove’s unique coastal setting. Leave your cares behind as you reset your mind\, body and soul. \nAll skill levels welcome! SUMMARY:California State Parks Week Sunset Bluff Walk
DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate “California State Parks Week” and join a park naturalist for a 3-mile guided Sunset Bluff Walk and enjoy the days end along the coastal terrace. Bring a camera and binoculars as we scan the ocean for migrating gray whales\, look for birds\, and watch the sunset. Our walk will take us along the paved path from one end of Pelican Point to the Treasure Cove overlook. Dress in layers and bring water and a red flashlight (if you have one\, it will be dark on the walk back). \nMeet at Pelican Point parking lot #4\, (PCH coastward at Newport Coast\, left at kiosk to the last lot.) $5 sunset rate \nThis event is hosted by Crystal Cove State Park.
