With more than 10 years of yoga instruction experience\, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Sound Healing\, Marlene will lead you through a morning of gentle flow yoga practice\, guided meditation\, as well as time for reflection and journaling\, all while enjoying Crystal Cove’s unique coastal setting. Leave your cares behind as you reset your mind\, body and soul. \nAll skill levels welcome! Class size is limited to 20.  Minimum age is 18. \nTime: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM \nInstructor: Marlene Hutchinson \nLocation: Cottage #46 (The Turquoise Cottage)\, Historic District\, Crystal Cove State Park \nWhat to Bring: Comfortable clothing\, water\, sunscreen\, hat\, a yoga mat or towel\, a notebook\, and a pen or pencil \nParking: $15 Day Use fee per vehicle; free with State Parks annual pass. \nPrice: $30 per participant \nRegister now!\n \nCancellation Policy:\nAny cancellation requests must be received by Crystal Cove Conservancy at least 72 hours before the start of the event.  No refunds or transfers will be issued for no-shows or for change requests received after this time.
