Building A Community

Building A Community

bacThe programs and services CCA provides are possible because of generous supporters in the community. Last month, CCA launched a new membership program with exciting benefits offered exclusively to those who are helping us protect Crystal Cove for generations to come.

With levels starting at just $50 annually (and benefits including parking and shuttle passes, hospitality services and discounts), it’s easy for anyone to become a part of the park’s history. CCA is making it easy and affordable to become a member and help protect Crystal Cove.

New $50 Cove Friend members receive a day parking pass at any of the Crystal Cove State Park lots plus a free round trip on the Beachcomber Shuttle that bringsyou down to the Cove. New $100 Cove Keeper members receive two parking and Beachcomber Shuttle passes and 30 percent off whale watching trips for two yearround with our friends at Newport Landing, who also run our marine science education programs in their comfortable boat, Western Pride. Members also get a discounted price on events at Crystal Cove, such as our summer artshow, and 10 percent discount in our store.

As an added bonus, CCA is also holding a quarterly drawing for all new members to win
a two-night stay for two in a renovated Crystal Cove beach cottage—an opportunity to experience firsthand the difference they’re making in our community. Our first drawing winner this yearwas Stephanie N. from Laguna Beach, who will be spending two nights in picturesque Cottage #42 overlooking the Education Commons. We encourage everyone to become a member today and help us build a communityfor change.
